The group's fine-chemicals story starts with specialty performance chemicals and water-soluble polymers.
- 1990
Siddharth Carbochem founded
SCPL is established and grows into one of the world's largest manufacturers of Methyl Salicylate and Salicylic Acid derivatives.

Rishabh Metals & Chemicals diversifies
RMCPL builds indigenous polymer technologies in Jalgaon — powders, emulsions and solutions in an ISO 9000 facility.
